Working principle and characteristics of catalyst for exhaust purification of oven
Due to incomplete combustion, carbon monoxide CO and hydrocarbon CnHm exhaust gas are easy to be produced. After installing the oven exhaust purification catalyst, the exhaust discharged by heating the oven will have low-temperature catalytic oxidation with the catalyst, generating pollution-free carbon dioxide CO2 and water H2O, so that the CO and CnHm can meet the emission standard and play the purpose of oven exhaust purification.
In the cas-kr-k01-f oven exhaust gas purification catalyst, the content of carbon monoxide and non-methane hydrocarbons can be reduced to less than 4mg/m3 respectively under the condition of 250~400℃ temperature and air speed (0.3 ~ 1) ×104h−1. The catalyst can be used repeatedly with good mechanical strength and service life of more than 2 years.
